Salty muffin


  • 150 gr of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr PomUp
  • 50 gr of grated cheese
  • 100 ml whole milk
  • 100 ml of olive oil
  • 1 busitna baking powder
  • Salt to taste.
  • Pepper to taste.


Mix 3 eggs with 150 g of flour in a bowl using a whisk to avoid lumps; add 1/2 sachet of instant yeast, salt and pepper. Heat 100 ml of oil and 100 ml of milk and mix them with the egg mixture. Add 50 g of grated cheese, 100 g of chopped PomUp and 50 g of black olives to the dough. Divide the dough into a 12 muf fi g buttered and floured mold and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes. Remove from the oven the muf fi ns, let them cool and turn them out
