Meatloaf with PomUp


    • 100 gr of breadcrumbs
    • 50 gr of Grana Padano
    • 6 eggs - salt, pepper to taste.
    • 150 gr PomUp

Beat the eggs without separating the whites from the reds in a container with a whisk, adding a pinch of salt. Keep on turning well, add the parmesan, the breadcrumbs and a pinch of pepper to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Cut the pomup and add it to the mixture. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and pour the mixture. With the help of a spoon and fork, try to roll up the mixture. Cut into slices and serve hot.
