Bucatini with sardines with PomUp and potato sauce


  • 600 gr of bucatini
  • 300 gr of potatoes
  • 200 gr of PomUp
  • Wild fennel
  • 300 gr of fresh sardines - grated bread


Start by preparing the sauce. Boil the potatoes, once peeled, season with a little salt and oil, add some wild fennel and blend everything with a food processor. At this point fillet the sardines, bread them with breadcrumbs, a little grated cheese and spices as you wish. Blanch them in a pan with a drizzle of oil until golden brown. Now, ready the bucatini, mix them in the pan with the potato sauce and serve, garnishing the sardines, the PomUp and a sprinkling of breadcrumbs (previously seared with a knob of butter).
