Arancino with PomUp, sausage and provola


  • 400 gr of rice for arancini
  • 150 gr of PomUp
  • 250 gr of Ragusa provola
  • 250 gr of sausage
  • Turmeric
  • Vegetable broth


Boil water with a vegetable nut and cook the rice there. Once cooked, drain and add a pinch of turmeric which will give the dough a yellow color and a particular aroma. Dice the PomUp and the fresh provola, peel the sausage and blanch it. Now, helping yourself with an arancinotto maybe, form the arancini, pass them in the breadcrumbs and fry them. If you love a less calorie cuisine, they are also excellent in the oven. Serve hot.
